Raised in northwestern Ontario, Jocelynn is excited to be experiencing all the west coast has to offer. She completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in 2016 and before that her Bachelors of Health and Physical Education at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.
She has spent the last four years working with Canadian Armed Forces members in Ontario and British Columbia. Through her clinical experience working with a military population, she has developed a special interest in high performance functional rehabilitation and the management of chronic pain. Jocelynn is currently completing a bridging course that will allow her to use her Acupuncture Canada certification in BC as she had found acupuncture to be a highly effective treatment for persistent pain conditions.
Outside of work, Jocelynn spends time doing yoga, trying out the sports Vancouver Island has to offer and adventuring with her senior dog Mocha. Although she is nearing her two year anniversary on the west coast, Jocelynn is always finding new places to explore and looks forward to your suggestions!
